Zımbıllı Tepe is an ancient settlement mound near Taşköprü in Kastamonu Province, in the valley of the Gökırmak River. In the early 19th century it was identified with the ruins of Pompeiopolis, a Roman city of ancient Paphlagonia founded by Pompey. It lies about 40 km north-east of Kastamonu, a short distance across the river from the modern town of Taşköprü.
