The Rize Museum (Rize Ethnography Museum), locally known as the Tuzcuoğlu Mansion or the Yellow House, is set in a 19th-century example of civil architecture in the Piriçelebi neighbourhood of central Rize. It has served as a museum since 27 June 1998.
