It is a bakery that has been in operation since 1927. Aynalı Bakery, one of the oldest bakeries of the Republican era in the Beşiktaş Köyiçi district, opened in 1927. The shop, run by the Karbuz family from Çamlıhemşin who had migrated first from the Ukrainian city of Berdychiv to Rize and from there to Istanbul, in its early years produced only bread and pide, like many other bakeries.
