The Sangarius Bridge, also known as the Bridge of Justinian or Beşköprü, is a late Roman bridge over the river Sakarya in Anatolia. It was built by the East Roman Emperor Justinian I (527–565 AD) to improve communications between the capital Constantinople and the eastern provinces of the empire, and with a remarkable length of about 430 m it was noted by several contemporary writers.
