Editor's Note
The Tombs of the Kings of Pontus in Amasya are monumental tombs carved into the limestone cliffs on the southern slopes of Mount Harsena. Dating from the Hellenistic period and varying in size, these rock-cut tombs form the royal necropolis of the Pontic kings.
