Editor's Note
The Basilica of Saint John the Theologian was a basilica in the city of Ephesus. It was built in the 6th century by the Emperor Justinian the Great at the site where the Apostle John was said to have been buried, and was modelled after the Church of the Holy Apostles in Constantinople.
