Alinda was an inland city and bishopric in ancient Caria, located in the upper part of the modern town of Karpuzlu in Aydın. Known for its large city ruins overlooking the Karpuzlu plain, it is identified by modern scholars with the Hellenistic foundation of Alexandria ad Latmum.
