Editor's Note
Maslak Pavilion is a former imperial Ottoman pavilion in the Maslak quarter of Istanbul, set on a large estate along Büyükdere Caddesi. Built during the reign of Sultan Abdülaziz (1861-1876), it has, following a 1984 restoration, served as a public museum under the Directorate of National Palaces.
