The Panorama 1453 History Museum, located in Topkapı Park in Istanbul, is a panoramic museum that recreates the conquest of the city with various materials. Opened on 31 January 2009 as Turkey's first panoramic museum, it depicts the troops of Sultan Mehmed the Conqueror taking Constantinople on 29 May 1453; its main exhibit is a 360-degree panorama painting of the moment the walls were breached.
