Editor's Note
The Kocaeli Science Center, opened in 2015, was created after the SEKA Paper Factory, Turkey's first paper mill, was closed and transferred to the Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality, then converted in cooperation with TÜBİTAK. The center features experiment setups, scientific workshops, a science stage, exhibition areas and a library.
