Editor's Note
The Burdur Museum displays more than 57,000 archaeological and ethnographic objects in the city centre of Burdur. Opened to visitors in 1969, it operates in the library building of the Bulguroğlu (Pirkulzade) Madrasa and in additions built in the same architectural style. In 2008 it received an award as a museum worth visiting.
