Editor's Note
The Misis Mosaic Museum, in the Yüreğir district of Adana, was founded in 1959 to display mosaics unearthed in excavations at the ancient city of Misis, most notably those from the floor of a 4th-century temple. The works were later moved to the Adana Archaeological Museum.
