Editor's Note
Kandyba (Candyba) is an ancient Lycian city in the village of Çataloluk in the Kaş district of Antalya, set on a high hill overlooking the Kasaba Plain about 13 km north of Kaş. Though one of the smaller Lycian cities, it was an independent polis with voting rights in the Lycian League and minted its own coins. Its remains include finely carved rock tombs and a Lycian inscription, and in the Roman period it served as a bishopric subordinate to Myra.
