Editor's Note
The building was constructed in 1897 by Sultan Abdülhamid II. The school, which continued teaching under the name Haydarpaşa Art Institute from 1959, is today the Haydarpaşa Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School. Source: http://haydarpasa.meb.k12.tr
