Editor's Note
"Şairler Sofası" (The Poets' Terrace) is a section of Vişnezade Park in Beşiktaş, Istanbul. Designed by architect Erhan İşözen, the arrangement features statues of poets who lived in and around Beşiktaş in the 19th and 20th centuries. The sculptures were created by Gürdal Duyar, Yunus Tonkuş, and Namık Denizhan.
