Editor's Note
The Naval High School, formerly known as Bahriye Mektebi, was a Turkish naval high school on Heybeliada Island in the Sea of Marmara, southeast of Istanbul. It prepared students for the Naval Academy; it was closed by decree in 2016 and since 2017 has served as the preparatory section of the Naval Academy.
