Editor's Note
The Erenköy Station Fountain is a fountain in the Kadıköy district of Istanbul. It was commissioned in 1921 or 1922 by a mother whose name is unknown, in memory of her two children, Fahir and Fatıma. Made entirely of marble with two spouts, its inscriptions were written by İsmail Hakkı Altunbezer, and it was restored by İSKİ in 2006.
