Editor's Note

It stands where Bıçakçı Eyüp Street meets Kitapçı Kâsım Street, on the left corner of the second street. Its inscription has been lost and it has itself fallen into ruin. The chronogram couplet reads: O Fevzi, the complete date came as two charming chronograms; come, drink the pure water in joy for the love of Mustafa. AH 1166 (AD 1752) Source: Su Vakfı
