Located in Arnavutköy, the Osmanlı Mosque was built in 1595 using the horasan technique; its architect is unknown. The building is thought to have originally been a church, raised after Greeks settled in the area. In 1991 it was opened for worship as a mosque under a permit from the General Directorate of Monuments.
