Editor's Note

Sura (Soura) was a town of ancient Lycia near present-day Demre in Antalya, noted for its oracle of Apollo. It held two votes in the Lycian League and sits just above the ruins of Andriake at Çayağzı; the modern road toward Kaş passes through the ancient site.
