The bathhouse, in the Meliksah neighborhood of the Cubuk district in Ankara province, at the Koyici locality, is registered on parcel 1 of block 183 under the name "Bathhouse (Hot Spring)." The bathhouse and its parcel were registered under conservation group "2" by decision no. 912 of the Ankara Regional Board for the Conservation of Cultural Property dated 21 January 2021. The surrounding parcels were registered by the same board's decision no. 1773 dated 26 October 2021. It is the bathhouse that Timur had built in the name of his daughter Meliksah.
