Editor's Note
Miletopolis was an ancient city in northern Mysia, founded at the confluence of the Macestus (Simav) and Rhyndacus (Adırnaz) rivers. It took its name from a hero called Miletos, shown as the city's founder on coins from the reign of Hadrian.
