Editor's Note
There is no inscription concerning the date of construction on the church, which lies to the west of Divriği Castle. From the stylistic features of the church, built of cut stone, it can be dated to the late 18th or early 19th century. Laid out on a rectangular area, with a stone-paved floor, on a basilical plan with three naves, the church's upper covering has entirely collapsed. Above the arch of one of the windows opened in the southwestern wall are figures facing each other on either side, thought to be dragons.
