Editor's Note
Its inscription reads: "May the thirsty drink and find life; may those who endow it find salvation from God. This is the charitable work of Fatma Kadın, daughter of Ahmed Ağa and wife of Kasabzade el-Hac Halil Efendi. Year 1305 (1887-88)." See Fatih Dalgalı, The Fountains and Sebils of İzmir.
