Tavlusun Aşağı Camii

The exact construction date of the Tavlusun Lower Mosque is unknown, as it has no inscription. However, according to local accounts, the fact that earlier generations were educated at the madrasa here suggests that the mosque may have been built in the 19th century. Architecturally, the mosque was designed together with the madrasa to its north and the open-air summer mescit (namazgâh) to its east, with the building complex roughly forming an 'L' plan. The courtyard is entered through the gate on the north. The mosque lies to the southwest, the namazgâh to the southeast, and the madrasa section to the north.
