Balbura (Balboura) was a town of ancient Lycia, located in the Karaçulha area southeast of Altınyayla in Burdur Province. Together with Bubon and Cibyra it formed the northernmost part of the Lycian region, and it was a member of the Lycian League alongside Bubon and Oenoanda. Its acropolis hill rises about 90 metres above the plain.
