Editor's Note
The Akseki Ethnography Museum, created to preserve and exhibit Akseki's local, cultural, and archaeological artifacts, is housed in the Elagöz Mansion. The Elagöz Mansion is among the region's finest examples of the historic Ottoman 'buttoned house' style of architecture.
