Also known as the Hadımağa or Kınalı Köprü Fountain, the Selvili Hadım Ağa Fountain is an Ottoman-era roadside (menzil) fountain in central Edirne, standing on the old road from Edirne to Istanbul. According to its construction inscription it was built in 1867 (or 1868) by Hurşid Paşa, a statesman of Sultan Abdülaziz's reign, and was later repaired by Hacı Hüseyin Ağa in 1899 and by Mestan Aydınlık Zogo in 1965. The single-fronted structure has a rectangular plan built of cut stone and marble, with pilasters carved as large tulip motifs flanking the facade and three separate inscriptions. Owned by the Edirne Municipality, the fountain was registered as a protected immovable cultural asset in 2003 and has partly lost its original appearance through successive restorations.
