An Ottoman-period fountain in the Cerrahpaşa neighborhood of Fatih, set into the rear garden wall of Istanbul University-Cerrahpaşa. It was commissioned by Nefise Hanım, wife of Ali Ağa, a senior sergeant of the Janissary corps.
